# About Francesco Sergio

Francesco Sergio works from Pistoia, Italy, and holds an electronics technician diploma. He started working in 2017 at Consulting Service Srl as a salesperson and business consultant, where he learned to listen to companies before proposing any solution.

In 2019 he co-founded Lavder in Pistoia with Giacomo Beccani. At Lavder he leads sales and project management: he gathers requirements, prepares estimates and quotes, chooses the technology, coordinates the team across Italy and Romania and follows every project through launch and beyond.

With Lavder he has followed more than 200 projects: websites and online stores on WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify, custom business software in Laravel and React, iPhone apps and AI automations. Since 2021 he has also worked white-label for communication agencies, inside their own processes.

Today he focuses on artificial intelligence applied to the work of small and medium businesses: AI agents, Model Context Protocol servers and websites built to be read and cited by AI search engines. He speaks Italian, English, Spanish and Romanian.

- 2017: Sales and consulting. First role at Consulting Service Srl as a salesperson and business consultant, until 2019.

- 2019: Lavder is born. Co-founds Lavder in Pistoia with Giacomo Beccani and leads its sales and project management.

- 2021: Working for agencies. With Lavder he starts building white-label projects for communication agencies, inside their own processes.

- 2024: Lavder Enterprise S.R.L.. Lavder Enterprise S.R.L. is founded, with the development team in Bucharest and meeting points in Pistoia and Rome.

- 2026: Web and AI. Earns 23 Anthropic Claude Academy badges and 6 Make badges; lavder.com reaches Lighthouse 100 on 231 pages.
